ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
What this Limited Warranty Covers
AIR Distribution USA, Inc. (“COMPANY”) warrants to the original purchaser that your OOKA will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. It is recommended that you fill out and return the warranty card enclosed with your OOKA so that your purchase information will be recorded in our system. COMPANY will, at its option, repair or replace the OOKA without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of shipment and after its inspection of the OOKA confirms a defect in materials or workmanship under normal home use. If a replacement device is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement is sent, the one-year Limited Warranty will continue to apply to the replacement OOKA product from the original date of shipment.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. COMPANY ALSO HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR OOKA FOR ANY TIME PERIOD AFTER ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the OOKA.
What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by service performed on the OOKA by anyone other than COMPANY or its authorized service providers, use of parts other than genuine COMPANY parts, or any other external causes unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship, such as abuse, misuse, inappropriate power supply, or acts of God. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND COMPANY HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Warranty Service?
If you require warranty service for your OOKA, please contact COMPANY Customer Service at our toll-free phone number 1-888-866-5232. Customer Service will provide you with an Authorization to Return number (ATR) specific to your OOKA product. Once you receive the ATR number, please include a reference to the ATR number with the package containing your OOKA product and send it, postage prepaid, to 4841 Sandy Porter Road, Suite A, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273. Please do not return your OOKA for servicing without contacting COMPANY Customer Service to obtain an ATR number. OOKA products received by COMPANY without an ATR number will be returned to the sender without servicing.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
