  • Inspect your OOKA pod for any freshness seals. If found, be sure to remove them before use. Freshness seals are not present on CBD-rich hemp flower pods as they are not required.
  • Press the open button on the portal lid to lift it.
  • Drop the pod into the designated slot (with the NFC chip facing 9 o’clock) and close the lid securely.

1. Remove the Seals

  • If your pod includes seals, take off the top and bottom seals before use. CBD-rich hemp flower pods do not contain freshness seals as they are not required.

2. Insert the Pod

  • Drop the pod into the device (with the NFC chip facing 9 o’clock) after opening the portal lid.
